I’ve beening using HupSpot email tracking in Outlook365 for a year. I adjusted the settings and had it working for the past few months just the way I want it. I hadn’t sent a sales email for a couple weeks. When I attempted yesterday (clicked the log email button), it didn’t work. I tried it again 6 more times – no dice. The hubspot email is added to the BCC line when I hit the log button, but the email does not appear in Hubspot in the associated company or contact. Seems like something is down or broken.
