Does anyone know how to record any leads other than from Hubspot’s default conversions, as Recent Conversions?
Here are the use cases:
- We have some integrations to third-party applications that push contact records to hubspot, when they convert on our channel on those applications.
- We import leads from external webinars or in-person events.
The issue: We want to be able to use these records in lead scoring and reporting. Currently that’s an issue because there is no ‘Recent Conversion’ value on these records since they did not “convert” in Hubspot’s true sense of the term. But they are a conversion that we want to report on, in addition to all other website/hubspot conversions (form fills, marketing emails, landing pages, etc).
Since ‘Recent Conversion’ and ‘Recent Conversion Date’ are hubspot-default properties and cannot be edited, I cannot even run a workflow to mass-update these property values.
Does anyone know workaround for these?
